Aluatul se face din faina speciala pentru pizza astfel: 500g faina, o nuca de drojdie (un cub), 250ml apa calduta, 5-6 linguri ulei, sare.
Este un aluat dospit, deci dupa framantare se lasa sa cresca cel putin 30 min.(ajunge pentru 3 persoane)
Apoi se lucreaza dupa imaginatie. Se pot coace diferite forme de pizza: daca vrei blat mai crocant pui mai putin aluat pe care il intinzi subtire...daca vrei blat pufos pui mai mult aluat si-l intinzi mai putin.:D
Pe aluat pui ce vrei, ce ai, ( sosuri ,mezeluri, branza, cascaval, legume, fructe,...etc )cu conditia ca ingredientele sa fie taiate rezonabil, astfel incat sa se patrunda in acelasi timp cu blatul.
Simplu! :D Se coace la 180-200*C...15-20 min ! Pofta ! :)
